Terms of Service
February 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of AICRON (https://aicron.io, the “Service”) provided by Morpheus Studio (the “Company”). By visiting the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
- Service: The AICRON website and related editor, chat, workspace, templates, community, timeline, MCP, Teams, and related APIs and documentation.
- User: An individual or organization that accesses the Service or has an account.
- Account: The identifiers registered for a User on the Service.
- Input: Prompts, files, references, settings, and project data you submit to the Service.
- Output: Images, video, audio, text, 3D, or other results generated by the Service or a connected AI model.
- Cron: Credits used on the Service. Paid features such as generation deduct Cron.
- Content: All materials on the Service, including Inputs, Outputs, projects, comments, and shared materials.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms as long as the change does not violate applicable law. We will post updated Terms on the Service and, for changes that are unfavorable to you, notify you before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Some features require an account.
3.2 You must be old enough under the laws of your country of residence to use the Service. In any case, you may not use the Service if you are under 13. If your country requires a higher age, that age applies.
3.3 You must provide accurate, current information and must not transfer or lend your account or authentication credentials to anyone else.
3.4 If you use the Service for an organization or a Teams account, you must have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. The organization is responsible for its members’ use.
3.5 We may refuse registration or limit an account if we find false information, duplicate accounts, abuse, or a history of sanctions.
4. The Service
4.1 We provide tools that connect multiple AI models in a node-based workflow to generate and edit images, video, audio, text, and 3D, as well as timeline editing, templates, community features, project sharing, and MCP.
4.2 The Service requires an internet connection. Features may vary depending on your device and browser.
4.3 We may add, change, or discontinue features. We will give prior notice of material changes to paid features where reasonably possible.
4.4 Output quality, processing time, and availability of a given model depend on third-party providers and demand. We do not guarantee a particular result or commercial success.
4.5 Beta, Early Access, and admin-only features may change or end without notice.
5. Cron and Paid Use
5.1 Some features require Cron or a paid subscription. Price, allowance, and deduction rules are shown on the payment screens and in the Service. Some video features deduct Cron based on duration.
5.2 Payments are processed by a payment processor. That processor’s terms also apply.
5.3 Subscriptions renew on the stated cycle. If you do not cancel before the next billing date, you agree to renewal.
5.4 If you have not used any Cron granted by a subscription or purchase, you may request a refund within one week of payment. Send refund requests to support@aicron.io.
5.5 If any granted Cron has been used, even in part, we cannot refund the payment. Cron given for free through promotions is not refundable.
5.6 We may cancel a payment or reclaim credits in cases of payment error, fraudulent payment, or a Terms violation.
5.7 Taxes may be charged under the rules of your country of residence and the payment processor’s policy.
6. Your Obligations
You must not:
- violate law, these Terms, or a third-party model provider’s terms
- use another person’s account or payment method without authorization
- bypass the Service’s security, pricing, or usage limits
- overload or scrape the Service with automated means (except normal use of MCP or APIs we provide)
- spread malware, attack vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users
- create or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual deepfakes, illegal recordings, or content that incites terrorism or violence
- create or publish Inputs or Outputs that infringe another person’s publicity, privacy, trademark, or copyright
- use the Service for fraud, false statements, election interference, or other unlawful purposes
- damage the reputation of the Company or others, or otherwise misuse the Service
If we suspect a violation, we may delete content, limit features, suspend the account, or report the matter to authorities.
7. Generative AI
7.1 We do not use data you submit, or data generated through the Service, for separate model training. This is our policy.
7.2 Each model is also subject to the terms and policies of the company that develops and operates it. Training use, retention, usage limits, and commercial-use terms may differ by model. We cannot set or change those policies and are not responsible for them. Review the developer’s policy before you choose a model.
7.3 Outputs are produced by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, similar to existing works, or unexpected. Review Outputs before you use them.
7.4 You must have the rights needed for your Inputs. If you use another person’s face or voice, you need a valid legal basis such as that person’s consent.
7.5 We may apply safety filters, usage limits, and abuse detection, and we may refuse a request.
7.6 Ownership of all outputs generated through AICRON belongs to the user who created them. That creator may use the outputs commercially. See Section 8.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The Service’s software, design, trademarks, documentation, templates, and official projects belong to the Company or the rightful owner. You receive only a non-exclusive right to use the Service.
8.2 You retain rights in Inputs you lawfully provide.
8.3 Ownership of all outputs generated through AICRON belongs to the user who created them. We do not claim ownership of those outputs. Creators may use the outputs commercially. This is the policy between the Company and the User.
Third-party rights in an Input, such as someone else’s copyright or likeness, do not transfer to the creator. If the model developer’s terms set separate conditions on Output, we cannot change those conditions, and they may apply to use of that model.
8.4 We may use, store, and transmit Content only as needed to provide the Service, including security, backups, previews, and sharing you enable. This is not a transfer of ownership.
8.5 If you publish Content in the community, template gallery, a public link, or on social media, we have a non-exclusive license to display it in the Service and to use it for promotion, search, and previews. If you withdraw publication, we will stop displaying it where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee immediate deletion of copies already shared or cached.
8.6 Company templates and official examples may be used only to use the Service. You may not redistribute them or present them as the Company’s trademarked offering.
8.7 Report infringement to support@aicron.io. We may limit accounts of repeat infringers.
9. Sharing, Teams, and Community
9.1 You control the scope of link sharing, Teams sharing, and community publication. Anyone with the link may access the Content, so check the sharing settings before you include confidential information.
9.2 Teams administrators are responsible for invitations, permissions, and sharing. They must manage departing members’ accounts and share settings.
9.3 Projects posted to the community may be visible to other users. Do not publish personal data, unreleased work, or material that implicates third-party rights.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from:
- natural disasters, power or network outages, or failures of third-party models, cloud providers, or payment processors
- your device, network, or failure to secure your account
- Output errors, delays, similarity to other works, or results that do not meet your expectations
- disputes caused by your use or distribution of Outputs outside the Service
10.3 If we are liable, damages are limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the damage occurred. This limit does not apply to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10.4 Some countries or regions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, the mandatory rules of that jurisdiction control.
11. Changes, Suspension, and Discontinuation
We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational needs. We will give prior notice of planned maintenance where reasonably possible. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and settle accounts with paying users under applicable law and our payment policy.
12. Termination and Account Deletion
12.1 You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or contacting support.
12.2 We may limit or terminate an account for a Terms violation, prolonged inactivity, discontinuation of the Service, or legal necessity.
12.3 After termination, projects and Content may be deleted or retained for a period under the Privacy Policy. Material you have not saved elsewhere may not be recoverable.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the country where the Company has its principal place of business. This does not reduce mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
If a dispute arises, we will try to resolve it in good faith. If we cannot, the dispute may be brought in the courts where the Company is located, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
14. General
14.1 If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
14.2 You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior consent.
14.3 Contact us at support@aicron.io. Operator details are in Section 1 of the Privacy Policy.
14.4 These Terms may be provided in more than one language. If versions differ, the English version controls.
